		<description><![CDATA[I agree with the above post. The man may have prevented the boys from causing a serious accident and he was brave for chasing the kids. More people especially adults need to act like adults and stop thinking it is someone elses responsibility.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[This happened to me when I was a boy.  The man chased me and my brother down.  Told us why what we were doing was wrong.  Took our name and phone numbers and told us by the time we got home he will have called our parents.  When we got home we said &quot;Mom, did you get a phone call from a man about us?&quot;  Noticing the tone of our voice and the look on our faces she said &quot;Yes, now explain to me what you were doing.&quot;.  We did.  It became obvious that he didn&#039;t call and would never call.  We understood that he set us up and the only way he could have done so was because he was a father.  He got us to spill our guts - and boy did we get in a load of trouble.  My Mom wished that guy had called so she could thank him.
If someone is going to assault your kid they don&#039;t need an excuse to do it.  They are just going to do it.  The Ohio story is an exception.  The person should go to jail for a long time.
